Workshop focuses on wellness of women
NGO Akanksha hosted Wellness Rule: An Evening of Wellness at CSI Auditorium, Raj Bhavan, Lucknow. The event featured an MoU signing with Sleepwell Foundation to promote emotional wellness for women across UP. It included expert talks, a soulful Sufi performance, and a focus on mental health support .
