Sahajatri Welfare Foundation (SWF) is a registered Section 8 Non-Profit Organization working for social development and community welfare. As an NGO, SWF does not sell any commercial products. However, certain program-related materials, certificates, and donor documents may require dispatch. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how such items are processed and delivered.

 

1. No Commercial Shipping

SWF does not operate any product-selling or e-commerce activity. We only ship items related to our welfare initiatives, donor support, and program participation.

Digital items (receipts, certificates): 1–3 working days

 

Physical items within India: 7–15 working days

 

Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take additional time

Local delivery volunteers (for community programs)

Delays caused by courier partners, natural issues, or logistics limitations are beyond our control.

 

 

5. Shipping Charges

 

Most items are shipped free of cost

 

Any applicable shipping fee will be informed in advance

 

Bulk or special courier requests may require additional charges

 

 

6. Address Accuracy

Recipients must provide correct and complete address details. SWF will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or recipient unavailability. Re-shipping charges (if any) must be paid by the requester.

 

7. No International Shipping

SWF does not ship physical materials outside India at present.

 

8. Delivery Confirmation

Upon dispatch, SWF may provide tracking details (if available) including courier partner name and estimated delivery date.
